We’re excited to introduce a new offering at the gym this April—Deep Stretch Yoga with Consuelo, happening every Saturday at 10am.
Consuelo brings nearly 30 years of personal yoga practice and a deep background in health and wellness, including her work as a certified massage therapist. Her teaching style is curious, playful, and rooted in functional fitness—blending mobility, strength, flexibility, and mindful movement into a relaxed, restorative flow.
This class is a great way to recover, reset, and move better—whether you’re coming off a tough week of workouts or just looking to slow things down.
